Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, click on the items you may wish to buy and put them into the online shopping basket. After you have finished making your selections, click on 'order' you will then be asked a few questions to enable the completion of your order. We accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal. If you would prefer to make your order over the phone you may do this by calling 01283 480353, or +44 1283 480353 if calling from outside the UK.

Shipping and Handling

We use couriers for all UK shipping complete with tracking number. For international shipping please call +44 1283 480353 for a quotation.

Delivery Schedule

We custom make all of our art work. We aim to deliver within 21 days of payment unless it's a high demand times e.g. Christmas or large events dates. For times like these please allow 28 days from payment to delivery. Commission delivery depends on size and quantities please ask for details.

Tax Charges

International orders may incur import duty upon arrival please check before you order as these charges are not inclusive of the price.

We DO NOT share customer details or information with any third party.

Returns Policy

In the event that goods are damaged upon arrival, or part of an order that is not received within the specified time. Please inform us within 10 days of the receipt or expected delivery otherwise no claim can be considered.

Full refunds are offered less postage and packaging costs as long as items are returned in a non-soiled condition within 14 days of customer receipt. We would like to recommend that if returning goods to us you should obtain a certificate of postage from your post office/depot as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
